Excellent care for physical, emotional, spiritual. My dad spent the end of his life there with many serious cares the staff handled it all with professionalism, kindness and empathy. We as a family can’t say enough good things about them.

The physical therapy was good but they do not do a in home assessment for safety problems prior to discharge. Social service and nursing care are very poor. Staffing is so bad that ambulation for endurance is none existent. Home therapy and out patient PT needed for five months. Balance issues continue. I was inpatient 11/22/2020 - 12/23/2020. Social Service said Home Health contacted. No care 12/23/2020 - 01/04/2021.
