The team was great to work with! I brought my aunt there and she loved the facility. The staff took great care of her.

I’m confused with the other reviews. My grandmother has been here for the past 3 months and the team - specifically Jessica couldn’t be nicer. I heard ownership changed before we moved in and it’s really turned around. My family is incredibly grateful for everyone at Miller Beach!

I have never been here BUT You guys have got to get a hold of your clients. If they are considered "mentally ill" they should not be allowed out of the facility without a worker with them. They are walking up and down the street, standing outside stores, drinking some sort of liquor and asking people for money CONSTANTLY! Then if you tell them no you don't have any $$ they instantly get angry and start calling you names! They are always baggering the patrons walking into the liquor store, the dollar stores (both family dollar and dollar general) I have personally watched them walked out of that facility. I don't know if they are given the day passes but they shouldn't be allowed to just walk down the street to drink and panhandle for money. They are constantly badgering everyone.
