Couldn't ask for a better place or better, more caring and attentive staff, for my brother, who has Lewy Body Dementia. Aleshia, Director, and Marlena (Nicki) especially, treat residents like family. They go out of their way to help with anything you may need. Over the last 4 years he has been in several Care Communities. Mill Creek Manor far exceeds all of them.
Response from the owner
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this beautiful review, Maureen. Hearing that we have provided comfort and exceptional care to your brother means the world to our entire team. We know how challenging it can be to navigate Lewy Body Dementia, and finding the right care community is an incredibly deeply personal journey. Knowing that Mill Creek Manor stands out above his past experiences over the last four years is the highest compliment we could receive. Aleshia, Marlena (Nicki), and our entire staff truly view our residents as family. Thank you for trusting us with your brother's care. We are honored to have him as part of our community.

This review is about a relative who resides at this community. Recently, there was an issue regarding a physical altercation where a elderly neighbor attacked my aunt by physically slapping her and dumping trash in her vehicle. My aunt called the local authorities and 3 units where dispatched to the community. The elderly lady complained about my aunt parking in the parking lot next to the elderly lady's vehicle. There are no designated parking spots at this community. My aunt has complained about this neighbor for years to management and to her children. No actions where taken and my aunt had to endure threatening comments and notes attached to her vehicle. The elderly lady continued to assault her by swinging a straw broom at her trying to hit her when she walks by. My aunt refuse to go out of her apartment fearing her safety. She's reach out to management several times but all she received where the sounds of crickets. My aunt just renewed her lease and signed an amendment to her lease. The original lease states that rent is late after the 10th of each month. She contacted via txt that her rent was late and she owes a $75.00 late fee. Today is 9 June 2026 and they are charging my aunt the late fee. While I visited my aunt, I noticed sand bags stacked alongside one of the residents building where a male residents resides. There is water flowing inside his apartment each time it rains. It floods his apartment and now there is mold growing in his apartment and there's no maintenance person on site. Very quite community and with all this going on, my aunt actually love the independent resident community. Management needs work

As a third-party vendor who has been coming to this community for years, I’ve had the opportunity to see it through many different phased, and the change in leadership recently has been nothing short of remarkable. The difference is noticeable the moment you walk through the doors. The atmosphere feels lighter, brighter, and more welcoming. The staff now carry a sense of pride and positivity that wasn’t always there before. You can truly tell they want to be here, and that energy flows throughout the entire building. The management team has clearly set a strong, supportive tone that reflects in both the team’s morale and the overall environment. It’s refreshing to witness such a positive transformation. This community is moving in a great direction, and it shows in every interaction and every visit.
