Christina Cox treated my grandmother like a piece of trash. Belittled her and made jokes in front of her thinking either she couldn't hear, or wouldn't get them. How she still has a job here is beyond comprehension. Not going to cite my grandmother's name as she still has friends living in that facility, and I don't want anything to happen to them. Not shocked you couldn't "find any information" about my situation. My complaints always fell on deaf ears!

I'm glad someone finally called out Christina Cox, aka Chrisi Dobija. She treats the residents like dirt when she thinks nobody is watching, or thinks the person is not coherent enough to report back. She's sweet as can be to your face and acts like she really cares about your loved one. On more than one occasion I questioned her about her behavior. She would either lie and say she didn't do it, or have an excuse as to why she acted that way. The supervisors seem unfazed and unwilling to take action against her. Update: Christina Cox, Christina Dobija, and Chrisi Dobija are all the same person. She uses different names for different circumstances. I am not spamming your profile Milestone, I am a real person with a real issue with Christina. Until my issue is resolved I will continue to leave a review, no matter how many times you remove it!

My personal interactions I've had with Christina and her relation ship with my relative living at Milestone were never short of fabulous. It's a true loss for the company when she decided to pursue a higher medical degree and decided to seek employment elsewhere 😔 it isn't the same without her! Milestone, I hope you can fix the spam reports on here.

Find another place. Ask around. Hospice was never contacted when my loved one had new sores develop. This is the facilities job. They are supposed to contact hospice of any changes to the patient. Ask hospice for recommendations on facilities. Maybe your loved ones social worker can help find a facility. Don't go here. They were to rotate loved one every 2 hrs. After being with my loved one for 3-4 hrs, I'd go out and ask when they will come in. I got : we'll be in shortly. Nope, they weren't. Don't count on this place to do the job of caring for your loved one. The dementia unit isn't as big as the other area. Everything I went out to ask about stuff, the staff was gathered in the kitchen or nurses room. Not judging but phones were out or their just chatting. No reason for the care not be given.

DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEES CAN CRIPPLE A BUSINESS. SHAME ON YOU WHO TRY TO BRING A BUSINESS DOWN BECAUSE YOU DID NOT LIKE YOUR JOB. This facility has treated my father in law like a king. He loves the staff and the amenities. We had to hurry and find a spot for him due to a medical emergency requiring his return to Wisconsin. The staff could not have done more to help us through the process and an expedited manner. They get an A PLUS from the Belliveau family and shame on the sour grapes former employees.
