Impossible to contact staff after 7. Poor security, locked doors but will let anyone in without even answering the door. Update: Went back and there were two families plus mine waiting outside to get in. No one answers the doorbell or answer the phone when all of us called. Place just keeps getting worse. Will be looking for a new residence for my mother!

They came to home to do an assessment on my wife and spent the time needed to do an adequate review. In the end it was determined that she required skilled nursing care which Heritage Meridian does not provide. Their forthrightness was very much appreciated to ensure that my wife receives the proper care she needs.
