I am an occupational therapist who had the privilege of partnering with NR to bring technology to their facility. This was thanks to Angela, who was proactive in finding our technology and connecting me with NR so that the patients could benefit from the latest rehab technology. Huge thank you to Angela for always thinking of her patients and how to serve them better.

Im gonna start by saying if I can give more stars I would ♥️♥️♥️ My boyfriend suffered a stroke at the beginning of Oct .. after about a 3 week hospital stay he was discharged to Warmsprrings for rehab . After a couple of days I knew rt away he wasn’t going to thrive there . He has a discharge date of the 16th with no plan given to us . Neuro restorative was mentioned as an option and i quickly fought for that as I had researched that rehab already . With less than 5 days before his discharge date , not to mention his family not knowing where he was going to go .. ANGELA came through , took the reins and made it happen . She was truly are saving Grace . Rt away she contacted me to let me know what she was doing to try and get my boyfriend accepted . Once he was accepted with only a few days before his discharge she worked so hard with the insurance etc . No matter the time crunch and the other patients she had she always made it a point to call or txt me to let me know what was going on . Even if she had two minutes to spare she was squeeze in a phone call and her attention immediately for the first time gave me some peace of mind . I can tell when her days were busy but on the phone she made me feel like my boyfriend was a priority. She gave me exact details on what to expect. Even after his first day at neuro restorative , she still took the time to call me to see how the transfer went etc . She is a hard and dedicated worker and I am grateful for what she did to get my BF accepted . Because we absolutely love the place . The energy , everything they offer for rehab , the communication is 100% on point . We are so grateful for the warm welcome that was received and finally feel a sense of relief that my boyfriend is going to thrive here 🙏🏼🙏🏼

NeuroRestorative was absolutely incredible when I reached out for help and guidance for my dad, who suffered brain trauma earlier this year and required two brain surgeries. He wasn’t recovering well and didn’t feel like himself, and I was desperate to find the right support for him. From the moment I explained his situation, they were compassionate, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us. They took the time to clearly explain what type of therapy my dad would likely benefit from and even helped connect us with a facility that could meet his needs. They did all of this knowing he wouldn’t become their patient because they didn’t take his insurance and he didn’t require their intensive therapy program. Their honesty and willingness to help—without expecting anything in return—truly blew me away. I’m deeply grateful for the support and encouragement they, and especially Angela Yates, shared with not just my dad but our entire family. Angela still checks in on my dad to this day, which speaks volumes about the level of care they provide. I highly recommend Neuro Restorative to anyone navigating brain injury recovery. They truly care, and they treat you the way you hope someone would treat a loved one.

Angela has truly been a blessing to work with! She stood by me through one of the hardest times — my fiancé’s stroke and wound care journey — offering guidance, compassion, and unwavering support every step of the way. Even though we weren’t able to get into this particular facility, Angela went above and beyond to help in any way she could. She answered every question with care and shared so much valuable insight.
