Memory Care of the Triad

I was hired by a loved one to investigate this place after several complaints regarding how the Manager conducts handling complaints and the high turn over of employees after address the concerns and witness and gathering evidence came to conclusion there are serious issues at this facility. The owners are no were to be found contacted the insurance company who maintains there insurance, several complaints on Manager and the way matters are handle. Witness first hand today how sisutauation are handle. Will be filing a report with the federal health board regarding my findings and evidence of neglect in patient care and staffing concerns.

The facility has fleas and roaches poor management, I feel really bad for the residence and staff that they have to tolerate this company, smh I'm praying for them

Memory Care of the Triad has one of the worst staffs I've ever experienced in my life as well as in my 10 years of nursing, they are uncaring, rude and extremely unprofessional, I would never feel comfortable placing a loved one at this facility.

Memory Care is not what it use to be. People can't come to work and do nothing!! The administrator is holding people accountable for their actions and that is something Memory Care did not have but needed. Memory Care is going in the right direction and I look forward to the change!
