Rarely do I leave a reviews , but I can honestly say the staff at this facility go above and beyond. I know there is no perfect place, but to know that I can count on the care, patience and trained staff to deal with this horrible dementia disease and still have smiles on their face reassures me that my family chose the right place for my loved one .

Nichole and all of the staff at Grand Brook in New Braunfels took excellent care of my Mom. Mom enjoyed all of the different activities. Celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas and many more. I can’t say enough nice things about the Grand Brook staff.

Five stars — and I'd give more if I could. I can't say enough good things about the team at Grand Brook. When it came time to move my mom, they didn't just handle logistics from a distance Nicole and Steven flew across the country to be there in person and help make it happen. That alone went so far beyond what we expected. What really stayed with us was how they handled it when the trip got extended. Travel delays can rattle anyone, but they never let it touch my mom. Nicole, in particular, treated her with the highest level of care, patience, and respect through every twist of the journey. My mom was comfortable, looked after, and genuinely cared for the entire time. We've since joked that mom traveled by planes, trains, and automobiles with the Grand Brook staff and through all of it, she was in the best possible hands. As a family, we could not be happier or more grateful. If you're trusting someone with a loved one, this is the kind of team you want in your corner.
