Melrose Meadows Retirement Community

My mother lived at Melrose Meadows for nine years, six years in Independent Living and three years in Assisted Living and we got to know the staff and many of the residents very well. It is a wonderful retirement community. The staff truly care and work hard to make the residents stay as pleasant as possible. The food is excellent, the buildings and grounds are immaculate, and the activities are numerous and well managed. Could not give it higher marks!

My mother loved Melrose Meadows as did our family for thes sense of community

My mother moved to Melrose Meadows 6 years ago when she was 92. She had tried another retirement community when she was 90 but disliked it so much she moved back to a regular apartment after the first year. Then she started checking out other places and liked Melrose Meadows and got on the waiting list. She was so excited when she got the call that an independent unit had become available! They totally redid the kitchen for her before she moved in. She really enjoyed it, took advantage of the pool and other activities. My siblings and I occasionally dined with her and the food was always very good. After 3 years she moved over to the assisted living side and the staff made that move very easy. Unfortunately she recently had to transition to a long term nursing facility, but our family is so grateful for the years she spent at Melrose Meadows, it was always so bright and cheerful, clean, safe and well maintained. Thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff that we interacted with over the years. It was just the right place for her at just the right time.

Melrose Meadows is a beautiful, well established community that would be a great option for anyone searching for a new home in independent living or assisted living.

Melrose is a wonderful welcoming place with a lot of planned activities and a pool! Meghan and the team at Melrose are great to work with and I can tell the residents truly enjoy living there!
