My sister was a resident at Medallion for a relatively short period of time, approximately 3 months. When she was admitted she'd been diagnosed w/vascular dementia and couldn't carry on a normal conversation, was confused, and was not able to walk in her walker without assistance. The excellent and friendly staff at Medallion worked with her to get her medications straightened out, the physical therapist worked with her to get her walking in her walker, involved her in activities, etc. She was able to return to assisted living due to the amazing staff working closely with her. I attribute her unexpected and miraculous recovery to Medallion and the exemplary care they provided.

Visited this facility and had a great experience. My loved one was well cared for and introduced me to all her favorite people. Highly recommend.

This review addresses just its business office. Apparently there was an audit and one result was that my mother was overcharged and, since she has passed, I am due a refund. I have tried to contact the business office to get further information. However, they never answer the phone and never return the voicemails I have left. What does it take to contact them? Update on 7-10-25: I was finally able to get through on 2 occasions (once in April and another in early June). But, despite their promises to mail the $1,700 check “immediately”, they have not. Also, found out that a check for the refund was initially sent to a person/office in San Diego. We know no one in San Diego. What are they doing? Who is in San Diego.? Why are they lying? Got to wonder what kind of operation they are running!
