The Meadows of Franklin Grove provides outstanding care and truly treats residents like family. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care. A special thank you to Amanda, LPN, for her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to the well-being of the residents. Tiffany, the Administrator, does an excellent job leading the team and creating a welcoming environment for residents and families. The CNA team, including Kaitlyn, Angie, and Hayley, consistently goes above and beyond with their compassionate care, patience, and positive attitudes. Their dedication makes a meaningful difference in the lives of the residents every day. It is evident that everyone at The Meadows of Franklin Grove genuinely cares about the people they serve. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care and a supportive, caring community.

Took such great care of my elderly aunt! Staff was amazing and the head nurse was very kind and caring! The administrator was very helpful and made the process painless in such a difficult time!

The nurse and administrator are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel very welcome anytime you walk through the door. Their residents are happy and stay active with different activities all the time. The facility looks welcoming with decorations and the facility is alway very clean. I always enjoy stopping at the facility.
