MEADOWS OF FALL RIVER (THE)

The meadows is a very clean facility. All staff is kind and care about every resident!! A wonderful place for your loved ones to be.

The Meadows of Fall River is a top notch facility that is beautiful, clean, nicely maintained and extremely well managed. The staff and management know the residents and genuinely care for them and their well being. They hire and retain high quality staff. My brother is very happy and receives exceptional care here. The staff treat him with kindness, call him by name even in passing, and interact with him beautifully. There are always fun activities going on and staff does a great job of encouraging his participation and including him. Management is very approachable and respectful and have gone out of their way to coordinate and help us in navigating his medical and care needs. I cannot recommend The Meadows enough.

The Meadows is an incredibly well managed and beautiful facility. When walking through the doors for the first time you can see how cared for the residents are. From supportive management, caring caregivers, fabulous cooks, spotless housekeeping and an exceptional activities team you can rest assured your loved one will be well taken care of!! The staff at The Meadows is outstanding! Engaging the residents in activities, attending to each of their individual needs, incorporating family to various events and providing support for loved ones was top notch!

Both my husband and my father lived at The Meadows. The staff was very kind, compassionate, and cared for them well. The facility is clean and feels like home. They have lots of activities for the residents and organize family events regularly as well. The food is good, with a varied menu. I can't say enough good things about The Meadows. I highly recommend them!
