This is not a place to take your person.....If they are not able care for themselves...They are mean rude and do little for residents,,,ALL THE 5 STARS ARE EMPLOYEES....BEWARE...ALL THAT MATTERS IS MONEY. The food is not well balanced meals...the helpless are at there mercy. They do not clean rooms or wash floors..... The elite day shift employees do what they want when they want.......That is what some employees called them.........the good employees leave. Most of residents have no family to make sure they are cared for. So just do not take your loved one there. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! had failed sepyic system for over a year until reported ....RIGHT outside window of my sisters room ......rooms 13 14 15 16....My sister had copd....was at ER 24 TIMES .... pnemonia sepsis.... and other residents were expososed to smell of septic..well also had bacteria.... check state report,,,,,,,My sister had one last run to ER WITH SEPSIS PNEMONIA and passed away Feb 12 2025.....also 2 others in that area Mary ...and Norma also passed away room 16....filed a complaint and nothing was done....DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES THERE........My sister suffered for hours on Jan 5 3rd shift did not notify me of fall and next morning got call from first shift my sister was critical.........we never returned 7 weeks later my sister was gone....she was there 13 months....... 3 shift enployee is owners long time employee,,,and all my sisters accidents happened on her watch...... there were many other incidents with other residents.........they are at the mercy of that place .......
