The apartments are clean and beautiful! New Mgmt since Nov 2018 is excellent and respond quickly to needs. Mgmt is friendly and helpful. This is a great place to live!

I have lived here a long time and it always was a great place until we got new owners. They made it a place that we did not want to call home, and unfortunately they lost a lot of tenants. Then a few months ago, we came under a great company called Thompson Co. Management. They have worked hard in getting these apartments up to the standard which we were use to. I think they have more to catch up on, but they are on top of it. There is someone in the office 3 times a week who always answers the phone and if she is not in you can actually leave a message and will get a response. Getting a response was a big problem before. This is becoming a great place to live as it was before. The tenants that have stayed through the mismanagement are happy they did.

Thomson Companies took over in November 2018 and things are looking up. They repainted and re-carpeted the Hallways. They sent out a list of names to contact for specific problems. My call was answered immediately

Moved in October 2017, was fine till we had problems. Took forever to get a hold of anybody. When Thomson Companies took over in November 2018 they repainted and recarpeted the Hallways in the building. Sent a letter to give names and numbers of who to contact for various concerns. Only called once and got somebody right away and resolved the issue. So far so good👍🏻

Moving out due to a short notice large rent increase. Office is almost always empty. The new management is evasive. There are better places close by for less rent.
