Our loved one has received wonderful care at this facility. Jennifer Posey was so helpful in guiding us through the initial admissions process. The staff has done their best to treat our family member lovingly with prompt attention as needed. McArthur Manor has a family-like atmosphere with fun activities and employees that truly care about the residents. Claire Mitchell (Nursing Department) is always available to answer any questions and help with health concerns. If she is busy, she is prompt to return your phone calls. McArther Manor has been an absolute blessing for our family. My grandfather recently moved into this assisted living facility due to his inability to live alone, and I could not be more grateful for the level of care, compassion, and professionalism he receives every single day. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and pride the staff takes in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Every member of the team—administration, the clinical director, nurses, caregivers, and even the maintenance staff—goes above and beyond with their attention to detail and genuine dedication to the residents. What stands out most is how loving and friendly the staff is, not only toward the residents but toward the families who visit. They treat everyone with kindness and respect, and it truly feels like they consider each resident part of their extended family. My grandfather is always clean, well cared for, and genuinely happy, which brings us so much peace of mind. The food is consistently very good, and the residents enjoy a variety of daily activities that keep them engaged and smiling. They even take local trips, which adds such a wonderful sense of independence and joy to their days. It’s clear that the residents’ well-being is their highest priority. McArther Manor is not just a facility—it’s a home. I could not ask for a better place for my grandfather to live. We feel fortunate that our mother is a resident at McArthur Manor. She has dementia and has been with them for three years now. We've had our ups and downs but the staff has helped keep her healthy and safe.We are also happy that they suggested Adoration Hospice be included to help with her care. They all work together to give mother the care she needs. They will never ask us to move mother to another facility. Thank you all!
