Masonicare staff is truly special. The compassion, dedication, and humanity they show the patients and their families is nothing short of a blessing. Masonicare did not just care for my mother—they honored her life, her spirit, and her dignity in her final days. On behalf of my entire family, thank you. We will always be grateful.

Response from the owner

I recently went along with a family member to visit a friend who is in your facility after having a stroke upon arriving into your building, it's dark and gloomy elevator lights buttons, don't light up, so you're not sure if you're on yr floor, you upon entering your residence room, the curtains were dirty. The hem was ripped in hanging overall, a very depressing looking place to put any family member or friends , with the money that your facility takes in whether it be privately insurance, whatever cetera, I really find it hard to imagine your maintenance, people can't fix a light on the elevator or even fix dirty stained. Unhemmed curtains. If I had to choose a facility after being in yours and seeing it, I would not recommend it at all. The patient said that the food was not pleasant at all. But unfortunately, she has no other options and has to eat your food. So maybe you might want to look into a few things and to all the people that have chose this facility, I really hope you've researched it as you're the voice of your loved one, because sometimes they just don't have a say.
