Hope you guys have been justified and your loved ones found safe. It smells of urine and filth. Makes one nauseaus

my son is a resident here, and I call every day, they never pick up their phone! I worry about my son, and there is no one there to supervise evidently! He says the food is terrible also. I have called ALL evening!!!!!!! How can I not worry?????
