My mom was in this horrible facility 5 years ago. They accepted her as a client even though they knew she needed special attention and high needs. I got to see her for only a few moments before I needed to get things for her and they would not allow me back in to help settle her in. I received multiple calls about something she did daily. She was in this place for maybe two weeks, two weeks of hell on earth. They stated that we would not be charged for her meds from their pharmacy and it was included in their cost for room and board. This was not true. They also tried to illegally evict my mother because they didn't want to deal with her. Multiple times they stated I would need to come in and watch her throughout the night (I was heavily pregnant at the time), even though we were paying them for her care. They tried to discharge her to my care. We were able to get her to a new facility that was able to handle her needs, eventually. Marycrest did not release my mother's possessions and it required a battle to get the few clothes and other items that my mother brought to the facility. After so many years, I believed I was rid of this absolutely nightmarish facility and they have now began to reach out over a bill that they put in their name with my mom's last name. This person does not exist. I also have not received a bill from their pharmacy in over 4 years. This is disgusting and completely predatory. I would stay very far away from this facility. It has been 5 years since I had to deal with the nightmare experience, until they called me about a bill today. Stay very far away from here.

I am helping my autistic frined who just moved to Marycrest. He has settled into his room which was clean and the perfect size for him. He badly needed the meals, cleaning services and laundry services. Marycrest has provided that quite well. Medicaid is covering his costs.
