Same place. Same problems. Don't walk away, RUN. If you love your loved ones do NOT put them here. They can change the name all they want. Do your homework if you are thinking of leaving your loved one there. Ask them HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET RID OF SCABIES?? It is running rampant throughout the facility and has been!! Check out their past charges the last one in 10/25 but it goes back for several years. BEWARE

The facility has and outbreak of scabbies. The entire staff has it. No medicine is available for them , the staff works extremely hard to care for their residents , they are understaffed and underpaid! No One DEEP Cleans the Facility.

I am new here. The staff is below par. They spend most of the shift outside on Night Shift. When they are inside they are asleep. Multiple times I have seen what looks like a drug dealer come and the same employee meets him. this behavior is inappropriate for a facility that is supposed to be caring for residents. I suggest drug tests for night shift

Market Street Viera is such a beautiful community and certainly has that “warm and welcoming” feeling! The concierge staff up front are amazing, especially, TJ! The nursing staff communicate very well and activities are always happening throughout the day. It seems as though the residents really enjoy the activities program. The Executive Director is a phenomenal leader at this community!
