Marian Village

We recently toured Marian Village Retirement Community and came away incredibly impressed. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely positive. The entire community is spotless and very well-maintained, which immediately gave us a sense of comfort and confidence. A special thank you to Mary Beth, who guided us through the tour—she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly, offered thoughtful insights, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the visit. Her kindness, knowledge, and genuine care really stood out and made a lasting impression. What truly sets Marian Village apart is the people. The staff we encountered were all friendly, attentive, and clearly dedicated to the residents’ well-being. Even more telling, the residents themselves seemed happy, engaged, and comfortable—there was a real sense of community and connection. We left feeling confident that anyone who calls this community home will be well cared for and surrounded by positivity. Highly recommend!

It is a beautiful place and is wonderful as long as your loved one does not require “much assistance”. Assisted living consists of three square meals and a “reminder” to take medications. Any other help requires additional fees and packages for “silver” and “gold” packages. And that does not include medications. There is an additional fee package for that too. One must ask what is provided in the base assisted living package. There isn’t much. It is a beautiful place. But beware behind the scenes.
