During our apartment search, we mainly focused on income-restricted properties and senior living facilities. When we visited Maria Lindon, Kaycee took the time to thoroughly explain Section 42 and what it included. She carefully walked us through the application process. Other places simply handed us a folder and said, "Fill out the app if you're interested." Kaycee was patient and knowledgeable, guiding us through everything and answering all our questions. Simply one of the best experiences apartment shopping.

I love the architecture and I love living here! Both staff and tenants are friendly. Francisco, our Property Manager for Chapel Garden Apartments is great. He is friendly, professional and responds quickly to any appeals for service.
