Maple Glen Memory Care

My mom has been at Maple Glen for just over a year now. The care she receives is excellent! The staff are very attentive and kind including the the director, Melissa, who is amazing. The facility is very clean. There are activities all day for the residents that my mom loves! Whenever I have a request, they are on it. It's a wonderful place, and I don't worry about my mom. :-)

Our family couldn't be more grateful for the care our brother has received at Maple Glen since moving in a month ago. Transitioning a loved one into memory care is never an easy decision, but the team here has made the process incredibly smooth and reassuring. The service has been nothing short of excellent. From the initial intake to daily interactions, the staff has demonstrated deep patience, expertise, and genuine kindness. They treat our brother with the dignity he deserves, and it is clear they truly understand the unique needs of those living with memory loss. A few highlights that have stood out to us: Communication: We are consistently kept well-informed about his well-being and daily activities. We are especially grateful to Nathan Ouimet, Executive Director of Community Relations, whose communication and support have been outstanding. Atmosphere: The environment is warm, clean, and feels like a true community rather than a facility. Staff Engagement: The caregivers and staff are proactive and clearly enjoy their time with the residents. We are very grateful to Melissa Ouimet, Executive Director of Nursing, for her leadership and the high-quality care our brother receives. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting my dear friend at Maple Glen over the past year and have always found her well cared for. The facility is very beautiful.

My father had a long and painful struggle with dementia, and lived in several facilities over the years. Maple Glen was the best, making sure that we had the resources to provide the best care for my father. They were also flexible financially and, when the time came, treated my father with dignity and respect in his final days. The staff were caring and engaged with my father, and were always on top of his care. I rested well knowing my father was in capable hands at this memory care center. Thank you for your commitment to my father, we wouldn't have been able to take care of him half as well as you did.
