The Mansion on Main is an exclusive assisted living community located in the Mansion Row Historic District in New Albany, IN, housed in a restored historic M. Fine and Sons shirt factory. The community offers customized assisted living and respite care services with luxury amenities including a theater room, fitness center, salon, library, and outdoor courtyard with gazebo.

Traditional Apartments
412 sq ft. Approximately 412 square feet with open floor plan, carpet and hardwood flooring in main living area, tile in bathroom, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, full-size microwave, walk-in shower with adjustable seat and grab bars

My parents have lived at Mansion on Main since 2020 and the experience has been fantastic. The entire staff is welcoming from the office to the dining room and the nursing staff is exceptional. They always treated my parents with dignity and compassion.

A friend of mine just moved in she seems to like it quite a bit it's AI think it's a great place I haven't eaten there but the service seems good the staff was super friendly they pay attention to a lot of detail it seems like the place smelt good which is great because assisted living like this place is you want that would I recommend it to someone sure

This is a great facility. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. This is a facility I would recommend to anyone wanting their loved one in a secure place that treats your loved one great.
