Good and not so good. Wonderful staff, but concerned about understaffing. Clean!

We recently had the pleasure of touring Manor Lake Athens with Katie Hendry, the Director of Sales and Marketing, and we were thoroughly impressed.Katie’s expertise, passion for senior advocacy, and deep care for the residents shine through in everything she does. The facility itself is immaculate, bright, and incredibly welcoming. We loved exploring the beautifully landscaped central courtyard and the spacious independent living cottages, which provide a fantastic lifestyle for active seniors.It is clear that Manor Lake shares our commitment to preserving the dignity, independence, and safety of older adults. The caregivers in memory care are excellent. They really care for the well being of the residents. We're there daily, and have gotten to know the whole group. Manor Lake is a nice place to visit. The outside areas are pristine, and we appreciate the snack bar and "coffee shop" being available for families. The director and memory care manager are both very responsive. I appreciate the work that they all do. It's a tough profession.
