Mallard Ridge Assisted Living

My loved one has been a resident at Mallard Ridge for three months. He suffers from dementia and is in the memory care unit. His entire team of caregivers have shown so much respect, care and compassion towards him. They have helped me navigate the ups and downs of this cruel disease. I am so thankful for each and everyone involved in his care. Not only do they care for my family member but they care about me as I am learning to cope with this new norm. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

My sister in law is in Memory care at Mallard. They did a wonderful job the day she was transitioned into the unit introducing her to other residents supporting her through her initial period of confusion. The food when we visited was wonderful and she is eating well.

The facility went above and beyond with the tours, feeding my aunt and uncle lunch which my Uncle said was good. The facility is clean and well taken care of. My Aunt and Uncle will be residents there very soon as they were impressed the the facility and how helpful and personable all the staff were when they toured.

I recently made the difficult decision to move my father in law into assisted living. I chose Mallard Ridge for a few reasons. First, the staff there are wonderful, kind and supportive. Secondly, every resident I met was smiling, engaged in conversations with one another and had an overall happy, healthy and safe appearance. Lastly, the rooms are bright, have beautiful landscaping outside each window and very clean. It makes my heart smile when I see my father in law smiling and engaging in social activities with others who are young at heart. I don’t know how many years he has left in life at 84 years old but I feel confident he will lots of life left in his years at Mallard Ridge. At the end of the day, isn’t that what’s important?
