I stumbled upon Majestic by chance while looking for a place for my 95 year old aunt with Alzheimer’s. I Scheduled an appointment with Michael James for a tour and I’m so thankful that I found Majestic + Michael! Michael has been so helpful in helping me navigate since this was all knew to me and has really bent over backwards to help with some bumps in the road in getting My aunt set up and ready to go to majestic. So far everyone I’ve encountered has been great really and the facility itself looks nice! What I like is that they have a lot of activities and events that include the families as well… If your looking for an ALF for your family member I highly suggested you include majestic on your list of places to look at!

The staff are the hero’s of the facility. My Mom has been in other places where the staff were cruel and unkind but not Majestic. Everyone is respectful and I have seen how they care after advantaged residents with gentleness and compassion. I am so grateful for this place for my Mom as she battles dementia and the rest of her life. Thank you.

I don't have direct experience as a family member of a resident, but I've been to the place to visit someone. Overall, reviews are positive, but sadly, some people think it's about Them, not the senior living community, Not the residents, but this one musician. That's the most negative review here, and it brings down the average, misleading some people. I saw everyone doing a great job, and I think it's a shame that someone takes a personal or financial issue out on the image of what appears to be a decent place. I, myself, have a tiny Assisted Living in a House... Lots of people in a bigger place, less attention overall, but doesn't make it a bad or neglectful place b/c someone had a misunderstanding about music or payment... We are about Care in the assisted living world.
