Magnolia Springs was a change for one of my clients. The day she was moving she was not in good spirits and was very sad. As I got to Magnolia Springs to get things ready I was met by Rami who was playing dice games with a few of the Residents and who was inquisitive about who I was here to see. When I advised him of who I was here to help he made it a mission to make my client as comfortable as possible. He has pushed my client to do exactly what they need to do, get involved and be around people. This move was needed as my client was stuck at home and no one really visited. They were lonely quite often and NEEDED attention. I have got to meet many people on the team here but Rami, in my point of view not knowing exactly what his job description is exactly, has gone way beyond in making sure my client has had a smooth transition. He has kept her involved and has pushed my client to even on her days she is down to get out and involved. Way to GO Rami
