If I could give this place a zero star I would!!!! This place is a joke the owners only care about one thing money!!!! It is really sad when you have kitchen staff have to take their own money to go buy milk because they are out of money..... It is really sad that you still have an RA who slapped a residence hat off their head shown on video and they are still an employee there now that is the definition of elderly abuse!!! It is also said that you have another RA who goes around and yelling at the residents and employees making the environment uncomfortable for ALL!!! Let's don't forget about the director of nursing at this facility who gets the call in the middle of the night by an RA informing her that a resident has fallen in the floor she tells theRA to leave that resident in the floor until morning...
