This place was by far the worst place we could have ever had to put my uncle. Items were stolen from his room, including money, cigarettes, and clothing, and the administrator never did anything about it and would not follow up with family in a timely manner. I would take this to her bosses and nothing would get done. We had even had meetings and she would make sure to stay away and out of those meetings when it concerned her facility and her resident. She had even made us late with meetings with his care, providers and family for a six month check up That she was supposed to be involved in. She was always also very unkempt and not professional. Her workers would be in pajamas, and it was hard to distinguish who was a worker, and who was not. It honestly blows my mind That she still has a job there. I would have loved to know what qualifications she had to have that job, If anyone is looking to put their loved one here and a girl named Savannah Is the administrator please be wary. I had also noticed another worker who was running the med cart seem to be visibly on drugs. It was quite alarming to see. I had to consistently remind them to give him showers and then even go there myself to show him. I had to start doing his laundry because they either would not do it or all of his items would be missing or found in other rooms even when I had brought to their attention that the sheets were not his they wouldn’t change it right away, and they found his sheets on somebody else’s bed. There is no accountability from the administrator and she does not want to try to make the facility any better she does not take her job seriously. At this point, the state should intervene.
