The Americus campus, the corporate office and longest-operating community, offers six levels of care including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, and supportive housing.

Laura Stephens (the intake admin) is an extraordinary human being. The Americus campus is quite lovely, but they had us at Laura. 💐🙏💕 Outstanding facility!

Openly ignores court guardianship. Fails to notify family and guardians on care, falls, and care plans. Evidently this facility does not understand what guardianship is. They also talked my mother, who has dementia, into signing a contract for a private room. She complained two days later that they took her money for a year and she only signed up for a month. Had the director of social services tell me that Cobb County's order of guardianship was not valid. I lawyered up.
