Magnolia and Primrose are two custom farmhouse-styled memory care homes located next door to each other in Orcutt, Northern Santa Barbara County. Each home accommodates up to 14 residents in private and semi-private suites on one acre of land with locked perimeter fencing. The facilities emphasize relationship-rich community environments with personalized care plans, 24-hour staffing, and activities grounded in the Best Friends Approach to dementia care.

Primrose has been a life saver to our family. Our Mom had Dementia and was 93 years old. They were there for us every step of the way. They even made my Mom a birthday cake for her 93rd birthday. I love this staff and can't thank them enough. They should have 10 stars. Thank you Primrose staff❤❤
