We have lived at the Madison for almost a year, and I would like to acknowledge staff that makes it such a great place to live. Our Assistant Executive Director, Kelela, does such a wonderful job. She seems to have such great ideas for interesting things for the residents. We just had Christmas in July, and she did all kinds of decorations, and entertainment. This is just one small example! We are very thankful for her!

This is a TERRIBLE home to have your loved one. My grandma has fallen 3 times in the last week. No one is with her, she keeps falling out of bed. They are not accommodating her needs either. They let their patient run crazy locked in their own wing with NO physical supervision. We should not be relying on cameras to take care of our elders. These people pay a lot of money to be taken care of here and they cant even give my grandmother a simple shower. She now has a broken hip and arm. She has hit her head and this facility has not benefitted her AT ALL. My grandma has, in fact, gotten worse. I hate this place now and its OVERRATED. I will be filing a complaint..
