*Mom fell in her memory care unit, They gave the incorrect hospital. After 2 hrs, of going to 2 hospitals, I found her at a 3rd on in another city! *Mom was off one of her meds for 6 weeks, they never caught it until I reviewed her meds. *Room camera showed that she was not being feed nor changed for incontinence. * Staffing issues in her memory care unit during lunches & weekends. Up to 8 residents left with 1 staff member during lunch. How would they get wheelchair residents down the stairs when the elevators are off during a fire? * I turned my concerns into HHSC. They are being investigated. Please do not place your loved ones here. The memory care is way over charged for the neglect that is happening.

I'm giving a 5 star rating only for the caregiver Kimberly M. She is a godsend to us residents. She actually cares about everyone here. You can tell she has the upmost compassion and skills for the role. She is loved by so many here and always greets with smiles and warm embrace. She makes sure our needs are met and listens to any concerns. The sincerity of Kimberly is a breath of fresh air, she has the biggest heart I've seen from a caregiver thus far. Thank you for treating us like a human being and not a burden or just like a paycheck. Kimberly deserves the highest recognition for her excellent work ethic she provides.

My dad has lived at Washington pointe 5 month in the Villas! He has made a lot of new friends his favorite activities is poker! He has room in backyard to grow his garden Cassie is the manager so give her a shout out !! Shawn works front desk !!many nice waiters in dining area favorite food is their biscuits and gravy! A shout out to Randy the maintenance man !! I feel comfortable knowing what goes on many outside activities.

I frequently observe her interactions with others, and it is clear that she is deeply appreciated; residents light up when she enters the room and seek her out to engage with her. Her empathy and warmth act as a true "bright light of sunshine" for all of us. I am always reassured when she is on shift, as she treats every resident with sincere patience, kindness, and love. It's evident that her dedication is authentic, and I firmly believe she deserves the highest level of professional recognition. Having resided here for many years, I can confidently state that she is the finest caregiver I have encountered.
