If I could give NO stars I would. This place is absolutely ridiculous and takes advantage of the elderly. Charging 6K a month is sick. Can’t even answer the main phone or answer the doorbell.

I'm sorry you feel that way but your accusations are not acceptable and we have flagged your review for removal for violating Google's terms and conditions. Our team takes great care of our residents and no one is being taken advantage of. If you feel that's truly the case, please reach out to our administrator ASAP so she can get more details and investigate appropriately. Please let her know about the phone and doorbell situation as I'm sorry if those weren't answered timely. If after business hours, as I assume it was, the team may be helping residents in their apartments and it takes a bit longer to get to the door. Again, we're sorry for that. As for the rates, they are at or below the market cost - we encourage you to compare and see what a great value we provide with our all-inclusive pricing model. We don't nickel-and-dime residents/families like other providers. We hope to hear from you. Thank you.

The staff at Hillcrest Mable Rose are remarkable. These dedicated people face the same challenges as the rest of us in their personal lives, but leave those challenges at the door to provide care for my parents. My Father and Mother have made relationships with staff that are important as they progress in their lives at HMR.

My brother has been in 4 communities and Hillcrest Mable Rose is be far the best. The staff is attentive and caring and take care of his needs. The environment is bright and there is a positive atmosphere all around the building which we didn't find at the other places he's been. If there's a problem or something needs to be done it's taken care of in a timely manner. Our family has been very happy with the care he's receiving.

Mom moved to Mable Rose reluctantly, after having to leave her home of 60+ years. There she would spend the majority of the day in a room watching TV, and napping. After she had been at Mable Rose a few weeks, she started to enjoy day to day living again. She had always been a people person, working as a bingo caller until Covid hit and the bingo halls closed down. At Mable Rose, she found people again, at meals, at the activity center, listening to entertainment, and going to the chapel three times a week. She was seldom in her room between lunch and dinner, which were enjoyed in the dining room. Using the walker to go to these activities improved her physical strength. Shout out to Carol, who was always cheering her on and encouraging her to go to activities! Care came from all of the staff, whether it be dietary, maintenance or front desk. We wish that she would have been able to spend more time with her Mable Rose Family. Thank you to all! With love, the Family of Mary Novak
