Lyndale at Edmond

AVOID this facility at all costs! ITS TERRIBLE and absolutely DANGEROUS to put a loved one at this locations Yes, it’s a new facility and the grounds are kept clean but patient rooms are absolutely NASTY as staff refuses to clean past sweeping the floors. Our family member is incontinent and she was forced to sit in urine until we went up there and cleaned it. The staff is absolutely horrible, lazy, untrained, have NO CLUE on prescription distribution and could care less about the residents but all that starts with upper management. Upper mgmt is just as bad. This location changed to skilled nursing and FORCED our family member out. But…that was a blessing in disguise as she’s in a much better facility. i don’t have enough time to say how absolutely terrible, and terrifying, this location is from the top to the bottom but I felt a responsibility to at least submit this review. Please understand this is not sour grapes….our family member could not have been treated worse and I wanted to alert as many people as possible. I won’t stop with this review either and plan to put this location on BLAST. I have no idea how anyone could give this place anything over a 1 star rating. I’d give zero stars if that was an option. I promise you…any person giving this place a 4 or 5 star rating has either worked there or was paid to do it. Again…..AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Poor maintenance- air conditioning doesn’t work well, automatic doors are broken and drivers aren’t available. I’ve called about my mom’s air conditioning for 2 weeks it’s over 80 in her apartment- we brought in fans.

I can’t give enough praise about the staff at Lyndale. From everyone in management, the front desk, the service staff in the dining room, the housekeeping staff, the event planners and maintenance, they were all truly amazing. Each of them play a role in ensuring the residents are offered a great experience and safe place to live. They go above and beyond in their services. God is evident in their facilities and their caring staff. My Mother-in-law lived there for about 18 months until we moved her next door to their Assisted Living where she stayed for about a year until she needed 24 hour nursing care. The Assisted Living was everything promised and more! All of the staff there were equally amazing! We can’t thank them enough for their love, support and the care they provided. Thank you all for everything you did each day to take care of our Mom! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
