Nicki the owner lacks empathy and is very rude. My sister was there a little over 2 weeks. She went in with dementia and passed away 2 weeks later?? Nicki had a meeting with the family, she talked to us like we were kids telling us how ashamed she was of us. She should be ashamed of herself and the care my sister received....

Throughout your sister’s stay, our team remained focused on providing appropriate care while communicating with family members in accordance with resident rights and wishes, medical recommendations, and facility policies. Because this matter involved multiple family members and confidential resident information, it would be inappropriate and unlawful for us to address specific allegations publicly. This place is simply amazing. It's much better than a big nursing home. It's very clean and spacious. They took great care of my Mom. The staff is so kind and caring, they became like family to us.

Nikki and her staff at Love and Care III were absolutely amazing! They took such good care of my mother while she lived there. They truly made it feel like home for her, and treated all of us like one big family. The home was always very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this home or any of Nikki's other homes, to anyone needing additional assistance for their loved one.
