LODGE AT PALMER POINT RESIDENTIAL ASSISTED LIVING, THE

We decided, along with our loved one, to move her to The Lodge At Palmer Point Assisted Living facility because of its small community, homey feel, the proximity to Palmer Park, the equine center, country club, the panoramic views, and the wildlife. We are so happy with our decision. Linda, the owner/operator, goes above and beyond to assure all the residents feel welcome, cared for, safe, and special. We recently attended a beautiful holiday party that felt like it was organized by friends, that included live music, exquisite decorations, and festive food. It is so important that those in assisted living facilities are stimulated and treated with respect and dignity. We are comforted by the constant updates we receive on our loved one's activities, attitude, health, and well-being. It is a relief to know we all made the right decision. We wholeheartedly recommend The Lodge at Palmer Point to anyone who is looking for a lovely, comfortable, safe living space with the right balance of independence and security.

Each and every day I am grateful for the Lodge at Palmer Point. My step-father, who is in his 80s and has dementia, is in their care. They are thorough with their care and they are extremely attentive to his needs. They do an excellent job of communicating with my mom regarding his needs. I highly recommend the Lodge at Palmer Point!!

I would give The Lodge at Palmer Point 20 stars if I could. The staff is rising to the challenge of getting my husband to adjust to the assisted living environment with grace and creativity and flexibility. I am so grateful for their willingness to try various strategies to help my husband. I am impressed by the way the various members of the staff communicate with me, the staff to resident ratio, the way the staff members work together and support each other, and the leadership they get from Linda, the administrator. Highly recommend. Update 4/20/25: My husband has been a resident at The Lodge for 15 months now and my experience with the staff at The Lodge has continued to be absolutely positive. I appreciate all they do for my husband and the respect and kindness they show him. It's the kind of care I would want for myself if it ever comes to that.

We chose The Lodge to take care of my father during his transition to hospice. The staff was very caring, made home cooked meals, and checked on him often. The staff was very communicative, we always knew of any issues and worked together to resolve them. In his final days I know he was comfortable and well cared for. As a nurse myself, I never had any concerns about the care or cleanliness and would recommend this to people who need assisted living.

After my 92 yr old father's bad fall, the rehab facility recommended a smaller assisted living environment where care is more personal. Fortunately we found The Lodge at Palmer Point. They gave him the care and attention he needed until his recent passing. Because of their competence, my husband and I were even able to take a couple trips knowing that dad was in good hands. When he became very ill, they made the transition to Hospice seamless. The entire staff is very professional and compassionate. Owner Linda, House Manager Clara, Weekend Manager Stephanie are top notch. I highly recommend this facility.
