Livingston Place at Southern Ave.

I recently had my reception there, and honestly the tenants of the building were rude to my guests. Management had people sitting outside the reception doors monitoring us and also badgering people. I received many complaints about the staff & tenants disrespectful behavior and choices of words. (Cursing) My Guests stayed inside until the end. I the groom and my wife stayed to help clean up. I had my sons and others take out the trash. Lastly I myself a neat freak… swept & mopped the floor. Was nothing left behind and it was totally clean. I even took photos/video. Even had the staff amongst several tenants sitting in the sitting area to go over it with me, and she approved of the cleanliness. My wife told me that they said they were keeping the deposit of $100, stating that because we left food on the floor that we couldn’t get our deposit. I have proof in pictures and videos. My friends don’t care to press the issue over a $100. As for me it’s the principle. Going to court you’ll loose thousands over a hundred dollars. I give them 7 days to rectify this situation, you know the rest.

Great place for the needy. They want to put everyone in a box. You can’t put everyone in a box.

I have to leave but will return soon. Beautiful place evening staff mouthy but morning staff beautiful. Understanding kind nice work with you but evening the lady I had too much mouth. Not understanding or friendly. Don't want her. Source not friendly in evening Rashad nice Bradon Regina. Lashanda the best ever. She smart Intellegent personable love her and she pretty. Overall I recommend any to live here
