LiveOak Living Community was started in 2002 as an innovative assisted living facility for adults with cognitive disabilities including mental illness, brain injury, developmental disabilities and autism. LiveOak is an intentional community comprised of three different locations: LiveOak Ranch (63-acre ranch), LiveOak Apartments (5-unit apartment complex), and SmithHouse (7-bedroom group home), each providing different supports to meet unique individual needs.
