I believe the highest rating I could give any skilled nursing care facility would be a four-star because there's always room for improvement. This place however is on the top of my list of facilities that I have visited and interacted with

OTHER PLACES I took mom her fall allert necklace because the staff simply refused to help. They had a menu but gave residents whatever they wanted, even when that was allergies listed on ticket. Linden takes excellent care of rehab folks! They never once left call button unanswered! Every meal met her MANY restrictions, without fail.
