Lincoln Glen Manor is a continuing care retirement community nestled on six acres in San Jose's Willow Glen neighborhood, providing four levels of care for seniors. Founded in 1965 by the Lincoln Glen Church Congregation and built in 1969, the facility offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services. As a California Continuing Care Retirement Community, Lincoln Glen does not require a buy-in and operates as a non-profit with over 45 years of successful operation.
