This facility (which feels like a home and not a facility) has taken amazing care of my Grandmother and all her particular and complicated needs. They are compassionate and helpful with families and residents. They work well with hospice. The main caregivers live on site and that consistency does wonders for residents with dementia. The owners are willing to do what it takes, whenever, to make sure residents are taken care of. Excellent communication between owners, managers, caregivers, and our family.

My husband Barry is at this amazing facility. I want to do a shout out to Will. From the day we checked in to every time I come down Will is there to help chat and just spend time sharing. He’s an amazing gentleman.

Took my QMAP certification with Liz Littleton, had a great experience and a good times... she took pride in making sure we were 100% capable in taking care of understanding what our duties and responsibilities as a QMAP are and how important our jobs are.

This review is regarding the facility, staff and care that Lighthouse Assisted Living provides. They are wonderful. The professionalism and set up of this little house is run so well. There are house managers, activities director, chef, and most importantly caregivers. Of course there are going to be some caregivers who have strength and weaknesses that others don't have, but the team gels very nicely to make it all work. The caregivers really care about their residents and have become friends with them. Nobody is there just for a "job". The facility is spotless and always seems to smell like fresh oranges. Communication is excellent with managers who seem to be available 24/7. Like any situation where someone is caring for your loved one there are areas that may not meet my standards, but they're always open for discussion and will fix as quickly as the concern is brought to their attention.

My review is based on the QMAP program that is run out of the facility by Liz Littleton, R.N. I cannot express my frustration with the unprofessional responses I've received from her. I registered for the March 6-7 classes months prior for her to cancel the class last minute via e-mail stating that she would issue refunds to those who would not be able to attend the rescheduled class. Both my friend and I were unable to attend the following week and so requested refunds via Eventbrite, where the tickets were purchased. I then contacted Liz because I had no update on the refund. She was extremely rude and unprofessional in the matter and refused me my refund for two tickets I purchased. She then provided me with fake information for her supervisor and after mentioning to her that in my attempt to call it was redirected to someone's personal number she refused me her supervisor a email. It has been a nightmare dealing with this and I have exhausted all my options. I would highly recommend taking QMAP classes elsewhere.
