Light Heart Memory Care is an Alzheimer's facility founded in 1997 in Clear Lake, Texas, committed to enriching the lives of people diagnosed with Alzheimer's and other dementias. The Light Heart Model of Care includes small homes with 8 residents and 2 caregivers during the day, providing a true 1 to 4 caregiver to resident ratio with individualized and non-pharmacological approach to care in a family-style environment.

I’m a hospice nurse and I visit a lot of facilities and see a lot of the behind the scenes stuff that regular families don’t always see. I love this facility and highly recommend it. They care for their residents as if they are their own loved family members. It’s a very clean facility and the food they make looks and smells amazing. I would put my own grandmother here. Highly, and enthusiastically recommend.
