I am a mobile Nail Technician and today, I serviced a patient at this facility for the first time. My first impression was: “wow, this is the first assisted living facility I visit that doesn’t look like a hospital”. The place is very welcoming, there’s a security door outside, which is nice. The interior is clean (it actually looks and smell clean, if that makes sense). They have a tablet to check in and out which is great, other facilities have the common paper system. The patient room was also clean, as well as the bathroom, which made my work and overall experience an enjoyable one! The staff I met were very friendly and helpful the entire time I was there. I noticed how both, the nurse and the manager came into the room very often to check on the patient and me. I enjoyed my time there and based on my experience, I can recommend this facility if you are a mobile nail tech like me or any other mobile beauty service provider!

Our family felt duped by using this agency. My brother in law is on the DD waiver and we provide home care for him. We chose this agency because they claimed to be family-friendly. The first red flag was the Christmas party; they said they could only take 4 people per family (ok no big deal) but the kicker was if you signed up and didn't show, they would charge you for not going! lol Talk about having a Christmas spirit. Then, billing is nothing but a hassle, if you miss one day of billing and try to submit time late they will absolutely try not to pay you for your rightful time earned. If you get on their bad side or say anything they don't like, they will "forget" your pay and ignore your inquiries. If I could give zero stars I would.

My mother spent her last year and a half at Life Spire. The staff was very loving and caring with my mom. They loved her and she loved them. The food was good and accommodating to people's tastes. They had activities such as chair yoga on Wednesday and Water coloring every other week or so. My mom was happy there. I will say that sometimes I thought they were a little short staffed, but all in all we were very happy with this facility. When my mom passed, many of the staff cried with us and some even came to her funeral. Thank you Life Spire.

My mother is staying here and Life Spire has treated her with great kindness. It is always an adjustment for the elderly when moving from their home to a long term facility and I feel they have done their utmost to accommodate and learn her every need and make her feel at ease. They give out the meds, have a Dr. and nurse available, and also have many activities to keep her social.. I'm impressed with their willingness to keep my Mom happy. My experience has been a positive one.

Our mother was at the Life Spire on Oakland and we could not have been happier with them. The place felt like home. The staff was kind and compassionate and took wonderful care of her. We had several family gatherings there and visited her several times a week and we could see she was happy and well taken care of. They had good food and regular activities which kept her engaged and active. Her final years were better than we could have hoped, full of fun experiences and kind and caring people.
