RUN AWAY!! If you love your family, do NOT send them here! My grandfather started at Legend on SW 134th, they were great. But, this facility almost killed my grandfather. He had zero “falls” before coming here, and then had 6 in 6 months. He broke a hip and ribs, as well as multiple concussions. We were SO lucky to get him out when we did. They WAY over medicated him to keep him compliant and lethargic. The nurses were ALWAYS on their phones and the two women in positions of leadership knew everything that was taking place and did nothing. I cannot recommend ANY WHERE but here any stronger. This place will put the ones you love in an early grave.

It is always a please to work with this group to help so many seniors find a joyful forever home with the privacy and dignity of home but 24/7 nursing staff to ensure all needs and safety. This team is truly an amazing family!
