My experience today at the residential complex was very unpleasant because of the way the office staff treated me( she was old women) . She was rude and discriminatory towards me just because of my different appearance, while treating another woman with full respect. This kind of behavior is disgusting and shows no acceptance of others. I hope the management trains her on basic communication and respect, because everyone who visits deserves to be treated with dignity, without discrimination. I’m actually glad this happened before moving in — I took it as a clear sign that this place is not suitable and not welcoming to people who are different.

I’ve been a resident at Willow Glen for a while now, and it's been amazing. The place is super clean, quiet and well-kept, which I really appreciate. Also, I have to applaud our apartment manager, Linda!! ... Because what really makes this place great is Linda. She's awesome - super nice, professional, and always ready to help. From day 1 when I moved in, Linda has been on top of everything. Any questions or issues I’ve had, she’s been right there with a solution. For me, it’s great knowing that she’s there and genuinely cares about the residents. As for issues, I haven't had any major issues since moving in. Like I said, the place itself is spotless and very well-maintained. The common areas are always clean, and the grounds are beautifully kept. It’s not easy finding a nice place where things are nice and orderly. Overall, when I compare with other apartments, I found that the ones here are on average far more spacious and modern looking, with all the amenities you could need. For me, it took a while to find a good place to stay. So, I’m really grateful that I found this place. I’d absolutely HIGHLY recommend, especially, if you're looking for a clean and well-managed place to live. Thank you, Linda, for making this such a great place to call home!!

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying this gated community for 3 years. Linda is always professional and cares about her tenants. The updates done around the community such as remodeling the laundry room, clubhouse and the new barbecue picnic areas make it nice to enjoy the outdoors with my family. Willow Glen also has storage to store those items you don’t need use all year long like my Christmas tree and decorations. I recommend this property.

Having already lived in Willow Glen for about a year, we plan on living here for several more years as my partner and I continue our education. The management is friendly and professional, neighbors are friendly (Ours lent us a dolly while we moved in). I LOVE that the washer/dryer hookups make it possible for me to have my washer & dryer in the unit. The wood floors are charming and fireplace just adds to the charm of our 2-bed / 1-bath model. The bathroom is HUGE, with enough space for us and our cat's litter box easily! The unit's AC/ heating system is modern and the eco setting helps save us money!

I had the pleasure of living at Willow Glen for about a year before relocating for work purposes (otherwise I’d still be there) and my overall experience was a positive one. From the moment I moved in, I was greeted by the welcoming and professional staff who were always attentive and quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests I had. I found it to be convenient that the apartments are located next to the 99 freeway, and despite it’s close proximity, the community is peaceful and quiet, which I enjoyed very much. Additionally, it is fairly close to several dining and shopping options, as well as public transportation for convenience. I occupied a one bedroom, one bathroom unit which provided plenty of space for myself, as a single person with no children. Additionally, I found my neighbors to be very friendly and easy to talk to which further made me feel safe living there and apart of a community. Overall, my time at Willow Glen was extremely positive. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for an affordable and quiet living experience.
