Leeway is Connecticut's only facility dedicated solely to caring for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Founded in 1995, it provides a continuum of care including 30 skilled nursing beds, 30 residential care beds, 41 independent housing units, and community case management in New Haven, CT, with specialized medical, nursing, behavioral health, and addiction treatment services.
