The director of nursing has made my Aunt’s end of life care a nightmare to the extent we have to move her even though she has maybe days left. She has refused to give her medicine ordered by hospice and constantly is coming in and being vindictive and rude. It's horrible. If nothing else we want to make sure no other families ever have to face this. I would not recommend this place to other families. Stay away!

I have to give another 5 star review. We recently had to move my dad to memory care. It was a quick and unexpected move. They helped us make that move smoothly and that for me made such a difference. It took so much stress off me to know I had their support both physically and emotionally. Thank you to all of you! We appreciate all you do!!!

We checked out several assisted living places when choosing a place for dear ol' Dad and Laurel Cove stood well over the others. Everyone here is caring and kind, and really motivated by helping people live comfortably in a time that can be quite uncomfortable.
