Such a loving and warm community. The management team is so caring and has the best leadership starting with the ED Kristina! The dedications shown to her residents and staff is something that most don't have! Highly recommend this community for your love one!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lotus Assisted Living, especially Olivia. Although she is the marketing director, you would never know it by the way she spends her days. She is constantly out on the floor helping the residents, checking on them, and making sure everyone's needs are met. She genuinely cares—not only about the residents, but also about their families. Olivia and the entire staff treat the residents like family. They are kind, patient, compassionate, and nurturing, and it shows in the warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. The residents seem comfortable, happy, and well cared for, which gives families real peace of mind. We also found Lotus Assisted Living to be one of the most reasonably priced communities in the area, making the exceptional level of care even more impressive. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine love, I highly recommend Lotus Assisted Living. It is clear that the staff truly care about the people who call it home.
