Landings of Georgetown

These residents deserve dignity, health, and peace as they live out their final days. The Landings needs to step up and take their role seriously. Management is frequently inattentive and slow to meet residents’ medical needs. Our elders deserve more respect and care than this place has to offer.

I wouldn’t bring any of my family members here. This place is truly disgusting, they don’t take care of memory care residents, they don’t have available hygiene products for them. The rooms and bathrooms are filthy! Pca’s and housekeepers are lazy and don’t do their job well. Management are bad at communication. They don’t care if you are on the floor by yourself with 15-20 residents just as long and they have someone on the floor even when these residents are fall risk and love to escape. Tamara and Evelyn are sorry of excuse supervisors. They left PCA’s run all over them!

I can't say enough good things about this community, their team, and their administrator, Colby. He truly went above and beyond in a way that you don't see every day. I was working to help place a client into a safe and supportive environment and Colby, Robin, and their team stepped in with compassion, urgency, and genuine care. Not only did they help coordinate her move, but they personally transported her to the community. This removed a huge barrier during a stressful time. What stood out even more was their kindness towards her beloved dog. Colby and Robin made sure her dog was taken to the vet and cared for, which meant the world to her. That level of thoughtfulness speaks volumes about their character and the heart behind this community. If you are looking for a place where people are truly cared for, not just as a resident but as an individual with unique needs, this is it. This community is Highly recommended!!!! Love the staff at The Landings. Janice is always available to answer any questions we have had. The nurses, therapist, kitchen staff and custodial/maintenance staff are very helpful and attentive!

The staff at the Landings are amazing! The building is beautiful! Colby is such a great administrator. I recommend any family members to check out this jewel!
